Get people internal VS give people space 的两种教学境界

 1. 曾经在辅华中学教学，当时辅华中学校长是以严格出名的“美人丹”(Mdm Tan)，但是我很佩服她的思考能力和看人的本领。她曾经评论我说：you have a way of getting people internal，我一度为这个评语沾沾自喜。

2. 昨天看了美国脱口秀著名演员Michael Jr如是说：他的表演早期是get people laugh，后期是give people opportunities to laugh，我的想法改变了。

3. 我想，我不应该停留在getting people internal的教学境界，我要创造give people opportunities to find themselves and their footings in life的更高教学境界。
