1. There are Self 1, who is fighting with the outer world, and Self 2, who is fighting with the inner world, in us. That is why we are so stressed at all times at all places.
2. To make it worse, there is continuous fighting between Self 1 and Self 2 within us.
3. Don't fight with yourself anymore by connecting our Self 1 and Self 2 through mindfulness practice.
4. When we can connect our Self 1 and Self 2, they form up our Total Self, which is our True Self. I guess.
