能量=质量X光速^2

2. 他说：Einstein mentioned that all matter is essentially energy,【爱因斯坦说，一切物质追根究底都是能量。】 energy = mass x speed of light^2.【能量等于质量乘以光速的两次方。】 If all matter is energy, it means that it is most concentrated at the centre 【若一切物质是能量，这意味着它是集中在中心的。】and becomes less concentrated further away from the centre, 【越是远离中心，越是不集中。】but it never ends. 【但它永不灭亡。】Thus all objects are not separate things, 【因此，一切物体并不是隔绝的东西，】but energy that overlap with one another at their boundaries, 【而是其能量在边际处相互重叠，】but that cannot be seen【但我们看不见。】.
