 0. 生命载体1: 不可思议的呼吸之间。 Come back to the present moment to receive the gift of life在妄念纷飞的意识界里,记得回到身体来寻找一呼一吸转换之际的那个自然停顿的美妙空间。通过下列四个步骤来进入这个美妙的空间。4 steps to come back to the present moment to receive the gift of life.

1. 回归身体感觉的现象界第一 1st step to return to the domain of phenomena:摸摸耳朵,摸摸鼻子,摸摸手臂,一旦深深感受到自己身体的被触摸,你就从意识界回归到现象界了。你的苦痛、无明就好比变魔术一样立即减少了一半。Once you touch your body, no matter touching your ears, nose or arms, you return to the domain of phenomena of body sensations immediately. Half of your suffering in the domain of consciousness disappear magically. 

2. 回归呼吸感觉的实相界第二 2nd step to return to the domain of ultimate reality:呼吸,一呼一吸,具足深、长、匀、细的4个品质的一呼一吸,进入数、随、止、观的4妙门(智者大师六妙门的前4门),你就一步步从现象界回归到实相界。Now, observe your breathing. in. out. deep. long. even. soft. 4 qualities of a good breathing. count. follow. calm yourself down to the bottom of your heart to feel. raise yourself up to the top of your mind to see. and you return from the domain of phenomena to the domain of ultimate reality subtly.

3. 回归宁静感觉的本体界第三 3rd step to return to the domain of things-in-themselves finally:这个步骤对应的是昨天我们探索的八支瑜伽的彻底觉醒的最后2支,这是触及生命本体的最极美妙的境界,也就是智者大师的六妙门里的后2门:还门与净门。于是,你在实相界的菩萨能量接通了本体界的佛陀能量。Finally, you return to the domain of things-in-themselves by practicing the last 2 limbs of the 8 limbs yoga. Remember what we shared yesterday? Go back and revise yourself. All the best in your endeavor. 

4. 提示:八支瑜伽的最后二支:能虑(静虑深密如秘藏;打开宇宙礼物的最后一层包裹)、能得(得彻底觉醒的今生今世的美妙人生体验;受用了上天赐予的宇宙礼物)。Hints: the last 2 limbs of the 8 limbs yoga are: Deep Thinking and Deep Solution.
