散文诗《节》
天来小子内观周易节卦的三大核心内容：
天人合一，适可而止，内外调和。
天与人，虽各自不同，
却如同星辰与月亮，
互相映照，互相依存。
天的意志，人在心中显现，
心与天合，一切顺应，
如风拂过，水波不兴，
心安即是道。
适可而止，非止于无为，
而是知进退，知节制。
不是逃避，也非压抑，
而是恰到好处，
如大地滋养万物，
不过分施展，却无所不在。
止于至善，进于适时，
一切都在恰如其分的时机中完成。
内外调和，心静如水，
外界风云变幻，
内心却如山川稳固。
内心的平衡，外界的节制，
在每一念之间，调和出生命的和谐美。
外在的节制，映射内心的澄明，
内心的澄明，反馈出外界的安宁。
天来小子自觉：
节，不是止步，而是不断地调适、修正、超越。
不偏不倚，既是力量，也是智慧。
在这广袤宇宙的洪流中，
节即是道，节即是生命的平衡。

“Moderation”
The heavenly child reflects inward on the three core principles of the I Ching’s Jie (Moderation) hexagram:
Heaven and man as one,
The balance of knowing when to advance and when to stop,
And the harmony between inner and outer worlds.
Heaven and man, though distinct,
Are like the stars and the moon,
Reflecting and depending on each other.
The will of heaven manifests in the heart of man,
When heart and heaven unite, all flows naturally,
Like the wind brushing past, the water remains still—
When the heart is at peace, the Way reveals itself.
Knowing when to stop is not about inaction,
But about knowing when to advance and when to withdraw.
It is not avoidance nor suppression,
But finding the perfect balance,
Like the earth nourishing all things,
Not overextending yet encompassing everything.
Stopping at the highest good, moving at the right time,
Everything is completed in the precise moment.
Harmony within and without,
The heart remains as still as water,
While the world changes and fluctuates,
The inner peace remains as solid as mountains.
Inner balance, outer moderation,
In every thought, harmony is created.
Outer restraint reflects inner clarity,
Inner clarity brings forth outer tranquility.
The heavenly child realizes:
Moderation is not stagnation, but continual adjustment, refinement, and transcendence.
Neither extreme nor indulgent, it is both strength and wisdom.
In the vast flow of the universe,
Moderation is the Way, and moderation is the balance of life.
