人体散文诗《六宫》
天来小子内观六宫八卦，见天地造化、人身玄机，三才一气贯通，上中下如鼎炉井，共鸣如妙音——
头部顶轮：乾坤造化·一口鼎
乾为天，坤为地，顶轮居天人交汇之所，
如一口鼎，承载宇宙的造化。
思维化为神，神聚成光，光映虚空。
鼎中盛天地之元，炼灵炼神，照破万古迷雾。
胸部心轮：坎离气化·一口炉
坎为水，离为火，心轮系呼吸与心念之核，
如一口炉，焚尽尘念，升华元气。
气动则生火，气静则生水，
水火既济，炉中炼道，化育人生的暖与明。
腹部底轮：震艮行化·巽兑教化·一口井
震为动，艮为止，巽为风，兑为悦，底轮扎根大地之基，
如一口井，汲取原始的精元。
动静之间，行化天地；柔韧之中，教化万物。
井中有泉，泉中藏精，源源不绝，滋养生命之本。
天来小子笑曰：
鼎，炉，井；造化，气化，行化；
人身六宫之秘，正如八卦流转，动静生息。
鼎炼神，炉炼气，井炼精；
精气神合，天人一体，六宫之中，自得道机！

The Head Crown Chakra: The Creation of Heaven and Earth · A Cauldron
Heaven is Qian, Earth is Kun, and the crown chakra stands at the meeting point of the celestial and human realms,
like a cauldron that holds the mysteries of universal creation.
Thought transforms into spirit; spirit gathers into light; light illuminates the infinite void.
The cauldron carries the essence of heaven and earth, refining spirit and illuminating the eternal truth.
The Chest Heart Chakra: The Transformation of Water and Fire · A Furnace
Water is Kan, Fire is Li; the heart chakra is the core of breath and intention,
like a furnace that burns away impurities and elevates vitality.
Movement ignites fire; stillness generates water.
When water and fire harmonize, the furnace refines the Way, nurturing the warmth and light of life.
The Abdominal Root Chakra: The Action of Thunder and Mountain · The Guidance of Wind and Lake · A Well
Thunder is Zhen, Mountain is Gen; Wind is Xun, Lake is Dui. The root chakra is the foundation rooted in the earth,
like a well that draws upon primal vitality.
Between motion and stillness, it activates creation; within softness and joy, it guides and teaches.
In the well lies a spring, and within the spring resides the essence, flowing endlessly to nourish the source of life.
Tianlai laughs and declares:
The cauldron, the furnace, and the well—creation, transformation, and action—
the Six Palaces of the human body mirror the flowing dynamics of the Eight Trigrams, balancing movement and stillness.
The cauldron refines spirit, the furnace refines energy, the well refines essence.
When essence, energy, and spirit unite, heaven and humanity become one.
Within the Six Palaces lies the secret of the Dao!
