《四体：妄-真-中-一》
——天来小子内观
心体：全妄在真的常住真心
妄念起，妄念灭，妄影重重。
但妄从未离真，如浪不离海，
如影不离光，如梦不离觉。
真心如空，包容一切虚妄，
妄念千重，真心不动，
常住其中，明照无碍。
性体：全真在妄的妙真如性
真从何来？妄中自显。
梦中有光，便知醒觉可期；
生灭之流，处处藏妙真如。
水中月，虽虚而照彻；
花间露，虽瞬而澄明。
妄不碍真，真即在妄。
道体：真妄不二的大人行止
既不执真，亦不拒妄。
妄如云，随风自在，
真如月，朗朗当空。
行于人间，真妄皆道，
大人者，动静无拘，来去无碍，
不落一边，行止得中。
一体：气是宇宙的巨大能量——活在当下的精气神
身是天地凝练的形，
气是宇宙流转的脉，
神是无极生妙有的光。
不问真假，不落两端，
当下便是合一，
精气神，刹那圆满！
——天来小子微微一笑，身心如风。
妄是真的化身，真是妄的觉醒，
不离不弃，亦妄亦真，
一体无间，天地人共息！

Heart Body: The Ever-Present True Heart That Holds All Illusions
Illusions arise, illusions fade, layers upon layers of shifting forms.
Yet illusion has never left truth, like waves never leave the ocean,
Like shadows never leave the light, like dreams never leave awareness.
The True Heart is like the vast sky, embracing all illusions,
Though illusions are endless, the True Heart remains still,
Ever-present, shining without hindrance.
Nature Body: The Wondrous True Nature That Exists Fully Within Illusion
Where does truth come from? It reveals itself within illusion.
A light in a dream signals awakening is near;
Amid the flow of birth and death, the wondrous True Nature is ever present.
The moon in water, though intangible, still illuminates;
The dewdrop on a flower, though fleeting, still glistens.
Illusion does not obstruct truth; truth manifests through illusion.
Way Body: The Great Person Walks Where Truth and Illusion Are Not Two
Neither clinging to truth nor rejecting illusion.
Illusion is like drifting clouds, moving freely with the wind;
Truth is like the full moon, steady and bright.
Walking through the human world, truth and illusion both become the Way.
The great one moves without fixation, rests without attachment,
Not bound by extremes, yet walks the Middle Path.
One Body: Qi Is the Universe’s Immense Energy—The Essence of Living in the Present
The body is the solidified form of Heaven and Earth,
Qi is the circulating pulse of the cosmos,
Spirit is the radiant light emerging from the formless.
No need to chase truth or reject illusion—
Right here, right now, everything is One.
Essence, Qi, and Spirit—complete in an instant!

Illusion is the shadow of truth, truth is the awakening of illusion.
Not separate, not apart—both illusion and truth,
All dissolve into One, breathing in harmony with Heaven and Earth!
