疗愈散文诗《覆·愈》
天来小子内观覆灯火，
覆，是烦恼的覆冥，
如乌云遮蔽了阳光，
让佛性光明不再照耀世间。
盖如无明，层层堆积，
挡住了心灵的本光，
让我们在迷雾中游走，
看不见自己的真实容颜。
要破除这层遮蔽，
首先，破我执见思惑之覆，
让固执与偏见如泡沫般消散，
心灵恢复清明与广阔。
接着，破法执尘沙惑之覆，
让世间法门不再束缚，
破掉一切外在的依赖与附着，
自由自在，明心见性。
最后，破习气无明惑之覆，
让内心的尘埃与染污自去，
消除一切根深蒂固的迷惑，
清净无碍，洞彻生命的真相。
覆去，覆灯火的病患将自然愈合，
如灯亮起般，清亮璀璨。
从此，佛灯火照亮每一处，
身心皆得疗愈，健康复苏。
一切覆者，终将被破除，
佛性光明，永远不灭。
Healing Prose Poem “Cover · Heal”
The Little One observes the covered lamp fire,
The cover, the veil of afflictions,
Like clouds blocking the sunlight,
Hiding the brilliance of Buddha nature,
Unable to illuminate the world.
Covered like ignorance, layer upon layer,
Hiding the true light of the soul,
We wander in the fog,
Unable to see our true face.
To remove this cover,
First, remove the cover of attachment to views and delusions,
Let stubbornness and prejudice dissolve like bubbles,
And the heart restore clarity and vastness.
Next, remove the cover of attachment to doctrines and the dust of illusion,
Let the worldly teachings no longer bind us,
Let go of all external dependencies and attachments,
And freely see the nature of mind.
Finally, remove the cover of habitual ignorance,
Let the dust and impurities of the mind vanish,
Eliminate all deeply ingrained confusion,
And the mind becomes pure and unobstructed,
Realizing the true nature of life.
When the cover is gone, the ailments of the covered lamp fire naturally heal,
Like a lamp shining brightly, pure and resplendent.
From now on, the Buddha’s light will illuminate every corner,
Both body and mind are healed, restored to health.
All that is covered will eventually be removed,
The light of Buddha nature, never to be extinguished.
