初遇伏羲与女娲
天来小子环顾四周，只见天青如洗，地阔无垠，万物欣欣向荣，仿佛初生的婴孩。一对人影自远方徐徐而来，男子魁伟，神目如电，腰间悬八卦图；女子柔美，气韵空灵，手执五彩石，正是伏羲与女娲。
天来小子大喜，忙施礼道：“晚生天来，偶得天缘，得见二位人文始祖，实为三生有幸。”伏羲见他衣着古怪，言辞谦恭，不禁问：“汝非我族人，却得入此地，必有奇缘。汝既称吾等为始祖，可知吾等之妙理？”天来小子忙道：“晚生虽知皮毛，但实是疑惑颇多，特来请教。”
女娲嫣然一笑：“既得天缘，何妨共坐相谈。”遂携天来小子入林，于清泉边石上对坐。伏羲指八卦图，女娲述造物事，天来小子如饮甘露，心境开阔。
畅谈八卦与六十四卦
伏羲向天来小子讲解八卦之妙：“乾为天，坤为地，震为雷，巽为风，坎为水，离为火，艮为山，兑为泽。万物皆生于八卦之象，变化无穷，乃生成万物之法。”

天来小子忽然想起六十甲子纳音五行，便问：“甲子纳音中有覆灯火，不知二位可解其玄义？”

归返今世
天来小子与伏羲、女娲共处数日，深悟八卦之理与人生之道。临别时，伏羲赠予他一枚八卦炉的心轮，女娲则授之一方乾坤井的底轮，道：“天来小子，汝归后当善用此井此炉，铸宇宙之鼎，方能开启世人慧根，造福人类物种。”
天来小子再施一礼，恍惚间耳边风声大作，眼前景象模糊。再睁眼时，已然回到现实，却感到双足底井泉喷涌，双手掌心宫炉劳谦，大周天气机之鼎已然成形。
自此，天来小子以六十四卦及六十甲子纳音为基，精研人生哲理，化卦象为疗愈之道，济世度人。他常对弟子言：“人生如覆灯火，须守住本心地藏之微光，慎独之，诚意之，真积力久，自有掘井及泉之日，炉火纯青之时，开启如来佛之无尽藏光明，与世人共享九转金丹之妙药。”
后来，天来小子在似水流年中，竟然不知所踪。然而，弟子们却都牢记老师之遗言：“汝等切记，人体炼丹之井炉鼎生命本具，人体妙药之精气神宇宙天赋，此乃宇宙人生之事实真相也。”

"The Legend of the Hidden Flame"
Tianlai, a young seeker, had mastered the art of introspection from an early age. Using his dantian as a mirror, he often illuminated the mysteries within and without. One day, during a deep meditative retreat, an ancient image suddenly appeared in his mind—a vivid depiction of Fuxi and Nüwa entwined. Fuxi held a compass, Nüwa a ruler, their serpent-like bodies coiled in harmony, surrounded by clouds of primordial mist. Within their intertwining forms, it seemed as if the heavens and earth, along with all creation, were being born.
The vision filled Tianlai with awe, and just as he was about to delve deeper into its meaning, a powerful force pulled him in. Everything went dark in the space-time tunnel. When he opened his eyes again, he found himself standing at the dawn of creation, in the ancient primordial world.
First Encounter with Fuxi and Nüwa
Looking around, Tianlai saw a vast, boundless expanse beneath a crystal-clear sky. Life flourished everywhere, as if the earth itself were a newborn child. From the distance, two figures approached: a towering man with an imposing presence, his eyes sharp as lightning, the bagua (eight trigrams) hanging from his waist; and a graceful woman radiating divine elegance, holding stones of five colors. They were none other than Fuxi and Nüwa.
Overcome with joy, Tianlai bowed deeply. “I am Tianlai, a humble traveler blessed by the heavens to meet the great progenitors of humanity. It is my greatest honor to stand before you.”
Fuxi observed his strange attire and humble demeanor. “You are not of our time,” he said. “Yet fate has brought you here. Tell me, do you understand the mysteries we embody?”
Tianlai replied earnestly, “I know only the surface, but I am full of questions. I humbly seek your guidance.”
Nüwa smiled warmly. “If the heavens have sent you, then it is destined. Come, sit with us, and let us discuss the mysteries.”
They led Tianlai into the forest, where they sat beside a clear spring on mossy stones. Fuxi unveiled the bagua, while Nüwa spoke of creation and the nature of all things. Tianlai listened as though drinking nectar, his understanding expanding with every word.
The Mysteries of the Bagua and Sixty-Four Hexagrams
Fuxi began to explain the bagua. “The eight trigrams form the foundation of all existence. Qian represents Heaven, Kun represents Earth. Zhen is Thunder, Xun is Wind. Kan is Water, Li is Fire. Gen is Mountain, Dui is Lake. Everything in the universe arises from the interplay of these eight elements, infinite in their transformations. They are the blueprint of all creation.”
Tianlai asked, “But how do these eight trigrams evolve into the sixty-four hexagrams?”
Fuxi smiled. “The key lies in layering. Each trigram is paired with another, forming six lines in total. Yin and yang interweave to create the sixty-four hexagrams, encompassing all possibilities in the universe. Every change and transformation in the cosmos can be understood through these symbols.”
Nüwa added, “The sixty-four hexagrams are not just about the universe; they are a reflection of human life. Life flows in cycles of rise and fall, fortune and misfortune—all of which are encoded in these hexagrams. Understanding them is understanding life itself.”
The Meaning of the Hidden Flame
Tianlai suddenly remembered the Na Yin theory of the sixty Jiazi stems and branches and asked, “Among the Na Yin elements, there is one called Fù Dēng Huǒ—‘The Flame Beneath the Lamp.’ What is its true meaning?”
Fuxi pondered for a moment before replying, “Fù means ‘to cover’ or ‘to conceal.’ Dēng is the lamp, a vessel for light. Huǒ is fire, the essence of life and transformation. Together, Fù Dēng Huǒ represents a hidden light, a flame that burns quietly but holds great potential. It symbolizes hope in darkness, the strength of patience, and the power of resilience. In life, there are times when one must endure in obscurity, waiting for the right moment to shine.”
Nüwa nodded in agreement. “This hidden flame is like a seed encased in its shell—dormant on the outside but brimming with life within. Those who carry the energy of Fù Dēng Huǒ often face hardships, but if they remain steadfast and true to themselves, they can transform, breaking free from their shells and shining with extraordinary brilliance.”
Tianlai felt as if a great truth had been revealed. “So, the Hidden Flame teaches us that even in the darkest moments, there is a spark of light waiting to be kindled. It is a guide for overcoming adversity, a reminder that strength often lies in quiet perseverance.”
Nüwa smiled, and Fuxi nodded approvingly.
Returning to the Present
Tianlai spent several days learning from Fuxi and Nüwa, delving into the mysteries of the bagua and the wisdom of life. Before parting, Fuxi gifted him a heart-shaped furnace inscribed with the eight trigrams, and Nüwa bestowed upon him a small well made of the five-colored stones. “Tianlai,” Nüwa said, “when you return, use this well and furnace wisely. They are symbols of creation and transformation. Use them to awaken the wisdom within humanity and bring healing to the world.”
With a final bow, Tianlai bid them farewell. As a gust of wind swept over him, the world blurred, and he found himself back in his own time. Yet, something had changed—he felt a powerful energy coursing through his body, as though the well and furnace had been fused into his very being.
From that day onward, Tianlai dedicated himself to studying the sixty-four hexagrams and the Jiazi Na Yin system. He transformed the ancient wisdom into methods of healing, helping others navigate the trials of life. To his disciples, he often said, “Life is like the Hidden Flame. In moments of obscurity, guard the small light within your heart. Through self-discipline and sincerity, you will one day uncover your inner brilliance, igniting a fire that illuminates not only your own life but the lives of others.”
In time, Tianlai disappeared into the river of history, leaving only his teachings. His disciples carried his wisdom forward, repeating his parting words:
“Remember, the furnace, the well, and the elixir of life are within your own body. The essence of life—the energy, spirit, and vitality—is your birthright. This is the true secret of the universe and the truth of human existence.”
