缘起：
天来小子内观《金刚经》“佛说大林木，即非大林木，是名大林木”的人生玄义，启动了“大林木”开悟的能量。当他行深般若波罗蜜多时，穿越时空，来到鹿野苑，恳求佛陀开示“大林木”的人生玄机。
鹿野苑之悟
天来小子恭敬合十，躬身问道：“佛陀，请为我解开大林木的人生玄机。我阅读了您在《金刚经》中的开示，却仍不明其中究竟之义。”
佛陀以无量慈悲拈花微笑，用适应21世纪AI时代的白话应机说道：
“每个人啊，都如同一棵大林之木。看——
- 人体的下丹田，是大林木扎根立本之处，深深扎稳根基。
- 人体的中丹田，是大林木开枝散叶之处，向外生长连接。
- 人体的上丹田，是大林木开花结果之处，绽放出生命的圆满意义。”
天来小子闻言，欢喜无比，跃然不已。但他心中仍有疑问，便进一步请问：
“佛陀啊，那么您在《金刚经》中所说的‘说大林木，即非大林木，是名大林木’，这究竟蕴含着怎样深妙的人生玄理呢？”
佛陀慈悲微笑，继续开示：
- “‘说’，是指大林木无相慈悲的显现，不执着于形相。
- ‘即非’，是大林木般若空慧的智慧，揭示其本质超越一切形式与自我。
- ‘是名’，则是大林木无上菩提的成就，是觉悟的究竟圆满。”
天来小子闻言后，反闻闻自性，当下豁然大悟。他欣然说道：
“活在21世纪AI时代，就如同修炼大林木地藏菩萨的三德秘藏——慈悲、空慧与觉悟。这是修炼大林木覆灯火的过程，最终必将成就虚空藏菩萨般佛灯火的无量光明。”
佛陀欣慰地点头说道：“去吧，行化天下去吧！”
于是，天来小子带着大林木的深奥智慧，走向世间，将慈悲、智慧与觉悟的光辉撒向四方，点亮众生的心灯。
The Legend of the Great Forest Tree
From the Life-Healing Short Story Series: "The Legend of the Sixty-Year Cycle (Chapter 30, Part 3)"
Characters: Tianlai Xiaozi and the Buddha at Deer Park
Prologue:
Tianlai Xiaozi, through introspection of the Diamond Sutra, contemplates the profound teaching: “The Buddha speaks of the Great Forest Tree. The so-called Great Forest Tree is not the Great Forest Tree; hence it is named the Great Forest Tree.” This sparks an awakening energy within him. As he delves deeply into the Prajñāpāramitā, he transcends space and time, finding himself at Deer Park, seeking the Buddha’s guidance on the enigmatic wisdom of the Great Forest Tree.
Scene at Deer Park
Tianlai Xiaozi bows reverently. “Buddha, please unveil the life’s mystery behind the Great Forest Tree. I have read your words in the Diamond Sutra but remain baffled by their ultimate meaning.”
The Buddha, with infinite compassion, smiles and picks up a flower. He speaks in plain language suited for the minds of beings in the 21st-century AI era:
“Every person is like a Great Forest Tree. Look—
- The Lower Dantian of the human body is where the roots of the Great Forest Tree take hold and establish their foundation.
- The Middle Dantian is where the branches and leaves spread out, flourishing and connecting.
- The Upper Dantian is where the tree blossoms and bears fruit, fulfilling its purpose.”
Upon hearing this, Tianlai Xiaozi is overjoyed, leaping with delight. Yet, his heart remains yearning for deeper understanding. He respectfully asks:
“Buddha, what then is the hidden life wisdom behind your teaching in the Diamond Sutra: ‘The Great Forest Tree is spoken of, but it is not the Great Forest Tree, hence it is called the Great Forest Tree’?”
The Buddha, exuding boundless compassion, continues his teaching:
- “‘Spoken of’ refers to the formless compassion of the Great Forest Tree, which manifests without clinging.
- ‘Is not’ points to the prajñā wisdom of emptiness, revealing the tree’s true nature beyond form and self.
- ‘Is named’ signifies the unsurpassed enlightenment of the Great Forest Tree, the ultimate bodhi.”
In that moment, Tianlai Xiaozi turns inward, listening deeply to his own nature. With this self-reflection, he experiences a sudden, profound enlightenment. He exclaims with clarity:
“Living in the 21st-century AI era is like embodying the secret treasures of the Earth Treasury Bodhisattva. It is the practice of cultivating the covered lamp of the Great Forest Tree’s threefold virtues—compassion, wisdom, and awakening. Ultimately, it will transform into the boundless light of the Space Treasury Bodhisattva, illuminating all existence.”
The Buddha nods, his eyes filled with kindness. “Go now, Tianlai Xiaozi. Carry this understanding to transform the world.”
And thus, Tianlai Xiaozi sets forth, carrying the profound teachings of the Great Forest Tree to all corners of the earth, illuminating hearts with wisdom, compassion, and awakening.
