散文诗《健康》
健康者，何谓也？
非仅无病无痛，乃形神俱健；
非仅阴阳调和，乃天人合一。
全形健康，乃形体之圆满，阴阳交融，天地共振；
如大地稳固，筋骨似山川，脏腑若江河。
其气血流转如春风化雨，其筋脉畅达如百川入海。
方以类聚，人与类契合，气息相应，万物相连。
全角健康，乃神明之昭彰，五行和谐，万象共鸣；
如群星闪烁，心神如太虚，智慧若明月。
其思维清明如镜映万物，其情感和顺如四季轮回。
物以群分，药性与性情和谐，气息与灵性相融。
健康之道，须兼全形与全角；
形为根，神为本；根深则叶茂，本固则枝荣。
大人行止，于天地间立形，于万物中悟道，
得形神合一之真谛，达止于至善之境界。
医者之为，亦为健康而求真；
方以类聚，洞察经方之机；
物以群分，斟酌药性之妙；
大医精诚，心怀仁德，
方药交融，调阴阳，济乾坤。
健康者，天地之道也，阴阳之律也；
唯行止于大人，方得全形全角之合，
观内以养心，观外以修行，
生命长流，生生不息。

What is health?
It is not merely the absence of illness and pain but the harmony of body and spirit.
It is not only the balance of yin and yang but the unity of heaven and humanity.
Complete Physical Health
This is the wholeness of the body, where yin and yang intertwine, heaven and earth resonate.
The body is as steadfast as the earth, the muscles and bones like mountains, the organs like rivers.
Its energy and blood flow like spring rain nourishing life, its meridians smooth as streams converging into the sea.
Through gathering by resemblance, humans align with their kind, resonating in breath, connected to all creation.
Complete Spiritual Health
This is the brilliance of the spirit, where the five elements harmonize, and all phenomena respond in unison.
It shines like the stars, with the mind as vast as the cosmos and wisdom as radiant as the moon.
Its thoughts are as clear as a mirror reflecting all things, its emotions as balanced as the cycle of the seasons.
Through separation by essence, the properties of medicine harmonize with character, and breath merges with the soul.
The Way of Health
True health requires the integration of the physical and the spiritual.
The body is the root; the spirit is the foundation.
When the root is deep, the leaves flourish; when the foundation is solid, the branches thrive.
The enlightened person stands firmly between heaven and earth, seeking wisdom amidst all things,
Achieving the unity of body and spirit, reaching the ultimate state of goodness.
The Healer's Calling
The healer’s mission is to seek truth in health.
Through gathering by resemblance, they discern the essence of classical prescriptions.
Through separation by essence, they refine the subtleties of medicinal properties.
The great physician, with sincerity and virtue,
Combines remedies, balances yin and yang, and restores harmony to heaven and earth.
Health is the Way of Heaven and Earth, the Law of Yin and Yang.
Only by walking the path of the enlightened can one achieve the union of physical and spiritual health.
By observing within to nurture the heart and observing without to refine practice,
The flow of life continues eternally, an unceasing cycle of renewal.
