散文诗《佛陀》
天来小子内观：
佛陀，何谓也？
忽然，禅宗六祖惠能大师现身，
曰：佛陀即觉悟者。
天来小子拜谢之，并进一步请法：
“小子不敏，愿闻其详。”
六祖曰：
“小子谛听，今为汝开示。
觉悟者，须彻底觉醒于日常生活之点点滴滴也，
极高明而道中庸也，
平常心是道也。”
佛陀者，
非远居于古天竺之灵山，
出世间尊者也，
乃生活于日常生活之中，
彻底觉醒之人也。
他不在远方的圣地，
而是此刻此地，
在每一个当下中醒觉，
在每一口呼吸，每一步行走中，
完全觉知着生命的流转与无常。
佛陀者，
即在平凡的生活中，
找到觉醒与智慧，
在世间和心灵的交织中，
看见宇宙的真理，
见自己、见他人、见世界。
Prose Poem: "The Buddha"
The boy of heaven observes:
The Buddha, what does it mean?
Suddenly, the Sixth Patriarch, Master Huineng of the Chan school, appears,
And says: The Buddha is none other than the awakened one.
The boy of heaven bows in gratitude and further requests the teachings:
"Being slow-witted, I humbly ask to hear more."
The Sixth Patriarch replies:
"Listen carefully, I will now reveal the truth to you.
An awakened one must fully awaken in every little detail of daily life.
Extremely profound yet walking the middle way,
A simple, ordinary heart is the path."
The Buddha, then,
Is not someone dwelling in the ancient sacred mountains of India,
But one who is utterly awake in the daily rhythms of life,
One who lives each moment in the world,
Fully alive to every breath, every step,
Fully aware of the fleeting, ever-changing nature of existence.
The Buddha is the one who has awakened in every aspect of the mundane,
Not far off in some distant realm,
But here, in the fullness of life itself,
Where the sacred and the ordinary become one,
Where enlightenment is not beyond the world,
But within it, and within you.
