散文诗《人体乾坤》
天来小子内观，
乾坤造化之奥秘，
天地之道，隐于人身。
人体头部顶轮：乾六爻皆1，111111 = 63，
朱雀光明，能量上升，
夏至之极，万物繁盛。
顶轮如乾，贯通天地，
天之气流，至刚至健，
头顶星空，映照无穷。
人体腹部海底轮：坤六爻皆0，000000 = 〇，
玄武沉静，能量内敛，
冬至之深，万物蛰伏。
海底如坤，包容万有，
地之德载，至柔至厚，
大地根基，安稳厚实。
人体胸部心轮：天根月窟相往来，
乾坤之气，在此交汇。
卍旋：东青龙春分点，生机涌动，
心轮开启，春雷初响，
生命复苏，绿意盎然。
卐旋：西白虎秋分点，肃杀归藏，
心轮回合，金风肃然，
能量收敛，平衡圆满。
至中麒麟：宇宙奇点，心轮之核，
乾坤交泰，天地合一，
无极生太极，太极化阴阳。
天根地窟，阴阳旋转，
人身如宇宙，生生不息。
顶轮如乾，刚健动而不竭；
海底如坤，柔顺静而能生。
心轮为中，统御乾坤，
东春西秋，南夏北冬，
人身乾坤，顺天地之道，
体造化之功，悟生命之源。

At the Summer Solstice’s zenith, life flourishes.
The crown, like Qian, connects Heaven and Earth,
A channel of celestial energy, firm and unyielding,
The starry skies reflected above, infinite and boundless.
The Root Chakra at the Abdomen: Kun, Six Broken Lines, 000000 = 〇
The Black Tortoise rests, energy converges,
At the Winter Solstice’s depth, all lies dormant.
The root, like Kun, nurtures and sustains,
The foundation of Earth’s virtue, soft yet powerful,
Grounding the body in stability and strength.
The Heart Chakra at the Chest: The Meeting of Heaven’s Root and Moon’s Cavern
Qian and Kun energies converge,
Flowing into balance and creation.
Spinning clockwise (卍): The Azure Dragon at the Spring Equinox, life awakens.
The heart chakra opens, the first sound of thunder,
Vitality surges, life begins anew,
Green bursts forth, brimming with vitality.
Spinning counterclockwise (卐): The White Tiger at the Autumn Equinox, energy recedes.
The heart chakra gathers and returns,
The golden winds of autumn bring balance,
Energy contracts, completing the cycle of harvest.
At the Center: The Qilin, the Cosmic Singularity, the Core of the Heart Chakra.
Here, Qian and Kun unite, Heaven and Earth become one.
Wu Ji gives rise to Tai Ji, Tai Ji flows into Yin and Yang.
Heaven’s root and Earth’s cavern revolve in unison,
The human body mirrors the cosmos, cycling endlessly,
Creation and transformation without end.
The Crown as Qian: Firm, dynamic, ceaseless in motion.
The Root as Kun: Gentle, receptive, endlessly nurturing.
The Heart at the Center: Governs and unites Qian and Kun,
Spring to the East, autumn to the West,
Summer in the South, winter in the North.
The human body’s Qian and Kun harmonize with Heaven’s Dao,
Embodies the work of creation,
And unveils the origin of life itself.
