散文诗《呼吸》

天来小子修炼吐纳术：

一呼兮，呼尽生死烦恼矣之一间，

如风卷枯叶，带走执念，了无痕迹；

如云散长空，放下过往，晴明澄澈。

一吸兮，吸尽涅槃菩提矣之一间，

如晨曦初露，滋养万物，光华初绽；

如大海纳川，承载无垠，天地归心。

呼，是忘，是舍，是放手，是空，

吸，是得，是融，是觉知，是满。

天来小子笑曰：

一呼一吸之间，

身与心已圆融；

一吐一纳之际，

凡尘已化自在。

人生不过一息，

尽在此呼吸之间，

悟得者，天地同宽；

迷失者，刹那成殇。

呼吸，

天地共鸣，

乾坤在怀。

Breath

The young seeker cultivates the art of Tu Na (breath practice):

With one exhale, life and death’s worries vanish in an instant,

Like wind sweeping away fallen leaves, leaving no trace;

Like clouds dispersing from the sky, releasing the past into clarity.

With one inhale, nirvana and awakening are drawn in an instant,

Like the first light of dawn nourishing all things, radiant and pure;

Like the vast ocean embracing rivers, infinite and whole.

To exhale is to forget, to release, to let go—it is emptiness.

To inhale is to gain, to unite, to awaken—it is fullness.

The young seeker smiles and says:

In the space of a single breath,

Body and Xin are one;

In the rhythm of inhale and exhale,

The dust of the world dissolves into freedom.

Life is but a single breath,

Held within this ebb and flow.

Those who awaken find the cosmos vast,

Those who lose it fall into fleeting sorrow.

Breath—

A resonance with heaven and earth,

The universe cradled within.
