如是如是，

如如真常，

一如即万象，万象即真常。

是是真我，

常住真心，

无生无灭，澄澈湛然。

真常真乐，

无惧无忧，

在流转中不变，

在刹那中恒久。

真我真净，

无染无垢，

心如明镜，映照万法归一。

常乐我净，

涅槃四德，

这不只是心灵的栖息，

更是生命的归依。

如是如是，

如如不动，

如如无尽，

这是你的常住真我，

亦是天地万物的真常。

Thus it is,

Unchanging and true,

The ever-constant essence that pervades all.

This is the True Self,

The ever-abiding essence,

Unborn, undying,

Clear and tranquil, like a still lake under the boundless sky.

True constancy, true joy,

Fearless and free,

Unwavering amid change,

Eternal in each fleeting moment.

The True Self is pure,

Untainted and immaculate,

A mirror reflecting all,

Revealing the unity of all things.

Constancy, joy, self, purity—

The four virtues of Nirvana,

Not merely a resting place for the soul,

But the ultimate harmony of life itself.

Thus it is,

Unmoving yet infinite,

Boundless yet intimate,

This is your eternal True Self,

The unchanging truth of all existence.
