Be totally free and fully at ease. 解脱·自在

1. You are able to achieve great things as long as you are totally free and fully at ease  to do them. 

2. Yet, being totally free and fully at ease can only be achieved through mindfulness meditation. 

3. You are simply not totally free. Your mind is still busy even when you have nothing to do.

4. You are simply not fully at ease even when you lay down on your bed at night.

5. Through the mental skill development of mindfulness, your mind will act like a clear mirror to perform deep reflection. 

6. Through day-in-day-out deep reflection, you will be able to see your true-self one day.

7. With your true-self, you will then be totally free and fully at ease to do great things.
