“身心合一”也是这么明显，来发现一下：
1. 心是能量（无形之谓阳）【能量就是气】
2. 物是能量的表现形式（有形之谓阴）——身体是天地万物里的一物
3. 身心合一是“太极本无极，无极而太极”啊！
Remarks: 心here refers to enlightened mind. Otherwise, it’s only 妄心which causes lots of troubles in our lives like world war in the macro scale and arguing and fighting over concepts in the micro scale. What a waste of precious energy. Isn’t it so?
