天来小子内观己身，观人体宇宙的能量流转——那宏伟的大小周天之舞。
小周天始于深处：
从腹部的海底轮元精之气涌动，历经炼精化气的升华，能量开始流转。
升至胸部的心轮，元气化炁，完成炼炁化神的灵性转化。
最终抵达头部的顶轮，元神圆融，透过炼神合道与道合一，完成生命的升华。
大周天则扩展至整个宇宙体：
从海底轮的会阴穴向下，连接到双足底的涌泉穴，形成足三阳与足三阴六条经脉的能量大流。
从心轮向外延伸，贯通到双掌心的劳宫穴，联结手三阳与手三阴六条经脉的能量循环。
从顶轮接通冲脉，贯穿十二正经脉，将人体的小宇宙与大宇宙汇通为一。
孔子见之，叹曰：
“智者不惑兮，元神显化；
仁者不忧矣，元气淋漓；
勇者不惧焉，元精饱满！”
佛陀见之，赞曰：
“善哉！小周天乃观音菩萨之大悲与文殊菩萨之大智交融，悲智双运焉；
大周天则为地藏菩萨之大愿为目，普贤菩萨之大行为足，目足交资，行愿齐辉也！”
于是大小周天，不仅是能量的流动，
更是生命的圆舞，宇宙的共鸣。
悲与智融，大愿与大行和合，
人体的小宇宙映照出天地的恢宏，
永恒的道在每一寸流动间低语。
Prose Poem: "The Great and Small Cosmic Circulations"
The child of the heavens turns inward, observing the energy flows of the human cosmic universe—the grand dance of the Great and Small Circulations.
The Small Circulation begins in the depths:
From the Root Chakra (Haidilun) in the abdomen, where the primordial essence (yuan jing) flows, undergoing the alchemy of refining essence into qi.
It ascends to the Heart Chakra (Xinlun) in the chest, where the vital energy (yuan qi) transforms through refining qi into spirit (shen).
Finally, it reaches the Crown Chakra (Dinglun) at the top of the head, where the primordial spirit (yuan shen) completes its journey, merging with the Dao through the refining of spirit to unite with the Way.
The Great Circulation encompasses the vast body-universe:
From the Root Chakra and the perineum, energy flows downward to connect with the Yongquan points on the soles of both feet, forming the core of the six meridians of the Three Yang and Three Yin of the Foot.
From the Heart Chakra, energy extends outward to the Lao Gong points in both palms, linking the six meridians of the Three Yang and Three Yin of the Hand.
From the Crown Chakra, energy bridges through the Chong Mai (Thrusting Vessel), harmonizing with the Twelve Main Meridians, completing a cosmic flow uniting all within.
Confucius observes and exclaims:
“The wise are untroubled, for their original spirit (元神) shines forth.
The benevolent are without sorrow, for their original energy (元气) flows freely.
The courageous know no fear, for their original essence (元精) is abundant.”
The Buddha observes and praises:
“Marvelous indeed! The Small Circulation reflects the union of Avalokiteshvara’s Great Compassion and Manjushri’s Great Wisdom, a harmonious balance of compassion and wisdom in action.
The Great Circulation embodies the synergy of Ksitigarbha’s Great Vows as vision and Samantabhadra’s Great Conduct as movement, where eyes of insight and feet of practice work in unison!”
Thus, the Great and Small Circulations become not merely flows of energy but the embodiment of cosmic principles:
Compassion with wisdom, courage with clarity, and a unity of insight and action.
In this rhythm of flowing energy, the human body mirrors the vast universe,
And the eternal Dao whispers within every pulse.
