散文诗《链接》
天来小子内观，
瑜伽之八支，
如一座通天之塔，
其能量链接天地，贯穿心灵。
【前四支——打地基】
一者，守伦理道德的能量，
如根扎大地，立身处世，
慈悲、诚实、非伤害，
是稳固的第一块基石。
二者，遵纪律克己的能量，
如细雨润物，静水深流，
洁净、满足、专注，
将纷扰外境化为内在的清明。
三者，调身体位的能量，
如雕琢璞玉，安身而宁心，
每一姿势是对生命的歌颂，
每一动作是与宇宙的对话。
四者，调息吐纳的能量，
如风入山林，吐故而纳新，
呼吸间的和谐，
是身心平衡的桥梁。
【后四支——建高楼】
五者，降伏妄念的能量，
如山巍然静立，波澜不惊，
妄念来去，终化为浮云。
六者，专注真心的能量，
如明月清辉，映照万物，
专注一处，便是万物归一。
七者，冥想入道的能量，
如夜行山路，星光指引，
内观深处，抵达本源之境。
八者，解脱出尘的能量，
如风卷莲花，超然于外，
圆满无缺，成就自在之我。
天来小子感悟：
这八支能量，
是生命之链的八环，
相扣相连，扶摇直上；
守身、调心，入道、解脱，
终成一座通达宇宙的桥梁。
Prose Poem: Connection
Heavenly Child reflects inward,
upon the eight limbs of yoga,
a tower reaching the heavens,
its energy linking earth and soul.
[The First Four Limbs – Laying the Foundation]
1. The Energy of Ethics and Morality:
Like roots gripping the earth, anchoring life,
non-harm, truth, compassion—
the first cornerstone of steadiness.
2. The Energy of Discipline and Self-Control:
Like gentle rain nourishing soil,
cleanliness, contentment, focus—
transforming outer chaos into inner clarity.
3. The Energy of Postures and Alignment:
Like sculpting raw stone into beauty,
a body stilled in harmony,
each pose a hymn to life,
each movement a dialogue with the cosmos.
4. The Energy of Breath Control:
Like wind through the forest,
exhaling the old, inhaling the new,
a bridge of balance between body and spirit.
[The Last Four Limbs – Building the Heights]
5. The Energy of Subduing Mental Whispers:
Like a mountain standing unwavering,
thoughts rise and fall like clouds,
but the summit remains untouched.
6. The Energy of Concentration on the True Self:
Like the moon casting light on all below,
focus sharpens the mind,
and the many dissolve into one.
7. The Energy of Meditation and Entering the Path:
Like navigating a dark forest, guided by stars,
deep inward exploration reveals
the boundless source within.
8. The Energy of Liberation and Transcendence:
Like a lotus swept up in a divine breeze,
detached from the world yet embracing all,
perfection arises in the freedom of being.
Heavenly Child understands:
These eight limbs are the links of life’s chain,
each one essential, ascending in unison.
From grounding in body to soaring in spirit,
this is the bridge that unites the universe within and beyond.
