散文诗《家》
家。
一行禅师曰：
一个呼吸，就把心拉回到这个宇宙的礼物——身体。
天来小子内观：
这礼物，
便是活在当下的涅槃菩提的家。
家，不是远方，
不是某个遥不可及的终点，
它就在每一个呼吸之间，
就在每一个当下之中。
当心安住于此刻，
便看见了家，
无须寻觅，无须等待。
它是一种回归，
回到身体的觉知，
回到生命的流动，
回到宇宙的怀抱。
这家，无形却无所不在，
它是每一次呼吸的出发点与归宿；
这家，无墙却坚不可摧，
它是时时处处的宁静与觉悟。
天来小子笑叹：
家，
是涅槃中的自在，
是菩提中的觉醒，
是活在当下的无限可能。
每一个片刻，
都是归家的门，
而打开它的钥匙，
就在每一次深长而专注的呼吸里。
噫！
家，原来从未离开，
就在这里，
就在此刻。
“Home”
Home.
As Thich Nhat Hanh says:
“One breath brings the mind back to this gift of the universe—this body.”
The young seeker reflects inward:
This gift,
Is the home of nirvana and bodhi,
Alive in the here and now.
Home is not a distant place,
Not some unreachable destination,
It resides within every breath,
Within every moment of the present.
When the mind rests in this very instant,
Home reveals itself,
No searching needed, no waiting required.
It is a return,
To the awareness of the body,
To the flow of life,
To the embrace of the universe.
This home is formless yet omnipresent,
It is the starting point and destination of every breath.
This home has no walls yet is unbreakable,
It is the peace and awakening found in every place and time.
The young seeker smiles and exclaims:
Home,
Is the freedom of nirvana,
The awakening of bodhi,
The infinite potential of the present moment.
Every instant
Is a doorway to home,
And the key to unlock it
Lies within each deep and mindful breath.
Ah!
Home has never been far,
It is right here,
Right now.
