It is not merely a set of teachings or rules but the natural flow and harmony that connects and flows through all things. 道 allows one to transcend the boundaries of individual existence and be in full communion with the universe.
In this way, 心 is the essence of being that integrates mind, body, emotions, and will. 天 is the encompassing universe, and 道 is the natural law that bridges them. Through 心, we experience the connection to 天 and understand the flow of 道.
