0. 接通天地人的生命能量。

1. 天：万里无云万里天。Ten thousand miles of blue sky without a cloud. This is about unblocking the vision of our topless mind of Sunyata Wisdom. 用心灵的宇宙飞舟来比喻，一飞冲天，冲出天外天又天，直达终极维度空间，可以用数学概念“无限大”来形容。

2. 地：千江有水千江月。One thousand rivers with one thousand moons. This is about unlocking the energy of our bottomless heart of unconditional love. 用心的时光穿梭机来比喻，以细胞核(the measurement unit of the cell is micrometer (µm). There is always space down there. It is always1000 times smaller whenever we reach the deeper level.)为起点，深潜心底，潜入心内心又心，直到〇的时空奇异点(the singularity point of the Big Bang Theory)，这就是“归零”的过程，一方面是释放了被封锁的慈悲能量而帮助了身边的人，一方面却是疗愈了破碎的心、令之破镜重圆而帮助了自己啊！

3. 人：天心月圆悲欣集。Full moon at the center of the blue sky representing the loving kindness and great compassion. 天心者，物不蔽的明心；月圆者，气不拘的见性。悲者，慈悲无量也；欣者，喜舍无量也；集者，悲欣同源也，大梦初醒也，本来是佛也。今既已成佛，亦当做佛、做行动中的佛陀，做佛该做的事。而今而后，遇到生活中或大或小的挑战的时候，都应当扪心自问：佛陀如果处身于此境界，当如何应对？静心接通佛陀能量，自性佛给了回馈之后，才去做。这就是“做行动中的佛陀”的真实义。净公如是教，一行禅师如是说，我如是信受奉行，直到今生今世的最后一天的最后一刻的最后一口气，然后，呼出这一口气：而今而后，吾知免夫。这一口气啊，与宗圣曾子（505BC--435BC；71岁）是同一个鼻孔出气。
