PMA and communication

 1. PMA: Our Beliefs, Memories and Assumptions  about people around us.

2. In our daily communication with people a round us, we  need to be aware whether we are listening deeply to the people living in the reality.

3. For most of us, we are mostly distracted by PMA in our minds and don’t listen to the people most of the time.
