Reading yourself in mindfulness

1. Reading your body postures and adjust accordingly 

2. Reading your breathing and relax as far as possible 

3. Reading your heart and free yourself from worries 

4. Reading your mind and free yourself from doubts 

5. Reading sounds around you far and near, and embrace them.

6. Reading your body sensations and embrace them.

7. Reading the universe you are living in and know deeply that “Space is me.”

8 Important note for practicing mindfulness: remember to start with and ends with your body which is always living in the present moments. Just remember yourself to come back to the body and surrounding environment.
