1. 加法：未生善，令生起to add what is helpful,

2. 减法：已生恶，令断灭to subtract what is unhelpful, 

3. 乘法：已生善，令增长to multiply what is impactful, and 

4. 除法：未生恶，令不生to divide a high-intensity piece of trouble.
