Stretching our lives through mindfulness

1. Through stretching our bodies mindfully , gently and repeatedly, we get connected with our bodies.

2. Through stretching our minds, hearts mindfully, gently and repeatedly, we get connected with our minds and hearts and our minds and hearts get connected with each another as well.

3. As long as our minds and hearts get connected with each another, they form beautiful bridges for our souls to get connected with our bodies!

4. Once our souls get connected with our bodies through mind-heart bridges, we are able to live our lives to the fullest. We will flourish like beautiful flowers in the wonderful garden of lives.
