经络纵横,是银河的脉络;
天行健,吾当自强;

命运如水,虽遇阻而不止;

震雷惊魂,亦可唤醒沉寂;

先天者,命之根;

齐心者,六合归一;

人与人,本同胞;

不止疗疾,而要安人心;

0. Prose Poem, Living in the Present

1. The Universe of the Human Body and the Way of Heaven and Earth

The body is like heaven and earth, the mind like the stars.
Meridians weave through like the Milky Way;
breath flows like the cycle of winds and clouds.
Within this body lies the secret of the cosmos,
within this mind, the path of yin and yang.
Heaven moves with strength, so must we strive.
Earth nurtures with grace, so must we embrace.
To live in the present is to walk the Way,
to dwell within heaven and earth,
yet let the heart remain boundless as the void.

2. Pre-Heaven and Post-Heaven: The Balance of Yin and Yang

Before time began, chaos reigned—
Heaven stood as Qian, firm and unyielding.
Earth rested as Kun, vast and nurturing.
The primal forces were set in motion,
giving birth to the flowing waters of Kan,
and the illuminating fires of Li.
Water moves ever forward, undeterred by obstacles.
Fire shines forth, breaking through darkness.
The pre-heaven essence shapes our being,
the post-heaven path forges our destiny.
Yet only in the present can the formless take form,
can the unseen be made real.

3. Thunder and Mountains, Wind and Lakes

Thunder rumbles in Zhen, mountains stand firm in Gen.
Winds sweep in Xun, lakes reflect in Dui.
Life shifts between movement and stillness,
between raging tempests and quiet streams.
Thunder may startle, yet it awakens.
The wind may be subtle, yet it transforms.
Mountains root deeply, lakes rejoice freely.
The cycles of the Eight Trigrams
all converge in the here and now.

4. Pre-Heaven, Post-Heaven, the Center, and the Whole

The universe follows its rhythm,
Pre-Heaven and Post-Heaven intertwine.
Pre-Heaven is the seed of fate,
Post-Heaven is the unfolding path.
The center holds balance, the whole embraces all.
Clinging to one, we become rigid;
embracing all, we remain fluid.
The present is the meeting point
of past and future, of order and flow.
Do not dwell in the past,
do not chase the future—
only by standing firmly in the now
can all things fall into harmony.

5. Unity in Heart, Unity in Strength—The Family of the Eight Trigrams

Each person is a single trigram,
together, we form the great pattern.
A unified heart brings the six directions into one,
a unified force aligns the myriad paths.
The sky is not high alone,
the earth is not vast alone.
No man stands alone,
no life exists in isolation.
The Eight Trigrams, though different, belong to one family.
Yin and Yang, though opposite, complete each other.
To live in the present is to merge our hearts,
to let thunder and wind sing in harmony,
to let mountain and lake share the same breath.

6. Heaven and Earth as Parents, the Six Sons of the Trigrams

Qian is the father, firm and resolute.
Kun is the mother, soft yet strong.
Between them, six sons and daughters take form—
Zhen and Xun, the eldest son and daughter,
Kan and Li, the middle son and daughter,
Gen and Dui, the youngest son and daughter.
The world changes, but roots remain.
A household stands in harmony,
all things follow their natural order.
Honor heaven, cherish the earth,
love family, uphold righteousness.
To walk this path in the present moment
is to cultivate blessings for generations to come.

7. All Beings Are My Kin, All Things Are My Companions

Heaven and earth give birth to all—
how can separation exist?
All people are my brethren,
all creatures my companions.
The wind moves, the water flows,
clouds gather, mountains shift—
each breath is the universe speaking.
Give kindness without seeking reward,
cherish life without selfish claim.
The great harmony exists in a single thought.
When the present moment is seen clearly,
there is no need to search outside—
for all is already one,
and the heart itself is the vast cosmos.

8. The Great Physician, the Sincerity of Healing, and Holistic Health

A healer is first a sage,
one who seeks not only to cure,
but to bring peace to the heart.
Not only to mend the body,
but to harmonize with heaven and earth.
Mastery of medicine is mastery of life,
a path walked with sincerity and wisdom.
The greatest healer knows—
true health is balance within and without,
harmony between breath and being.
To live in the present
is to be one’s own great physician,
to know oneself and know the heavens,
to let all things return to their natural way.

🌿 Living in the present, the universe reveals itself, the Eight Trigrams unite, and the Way is ever near. 🌿
