身心合一,方得圆满;
The Human Body: A Reflection of the Dao
• The body holds twelve virtues, and the form carries twelve meridians.
• Virtues flow like qi, unhindered and free; meridians run like pathways, connecting all within.
The twelve virtues, aligned with the twelve zodiac signs, illuminate the soul:
Wisdom, Diligence, Courage, Prudence, Transformation, Depth, Freedom, Harmony, Ingenuity, Precision, Loyalty, Abundance.
They shine like twelve heart-lamps, shaping one’s character and destiny.
The twelve meridians, rooted in yin-yang and the five elements, sustain life’s rhythm:
Three yin and three yang of the hands and feet, flowing like great rivers,
Connecting the zang and fu organs, circulating ceaselessly, day and night.
Without cultivated virtue, meridians stagnate; without smooth-flowing meridians, virtue remains unmanifest.
When body and mind unite, one finds true completeness.
When pathways are open, one moves with effortless ease.
The body is a grand calligraphy of Heaven and Earth; virtue is the true backbone of life.
When the two merge as one—this is the Way of Humanity!
