2. First, you need to care deeply with the state of your mind by rasing yourself up to the top of your mind. You can do this by observing the thoughts in your mind just like you are in an airplane watching, from above, the clouds in the sky. You see clearly that they are there yet you don't attach to any of them. Let it come and let it go. You see. You are actually observing the movements of your thoughts from the top of your mind already! Amazing, isn't it?
3. Second, you need to connect fully to the loving kindness and compassion of your heart by calming yourself down to the bottom of your heart. You can do this by breathing deeply, slowly, evenly and softly just like a big fish swimming at the bottom of the ocean. Then, you embrace everything in the ocean and integrate with them. You are the ocean, which means you contain the whole ocean in you though you are only one drop of water in the ocean. The whole ocean is actually in every single drop of water. Yes, now you see the whole universe is actually in you, who embrace all living and non-living things on this planet Earth, in the past, the present and the future. Amazing, isn't it?
4. Last but not the least, you need to contribute bravely to the wonderful life for yourself, others and the world. You are actually living in the kingdom of God with the boundless soul of deathless courage, which is the origin, or the ultimate dimension, of our lives. It is the source of the topless mind of reflective wisdom and the bottomless heart of unconditional love. You are living in the grace and glory of Mother Nature in the here and the now. Now, you see everything with a fresh pair of eyes just like a new born. Here, you stand up with your head in the sky and your feet on the ground. My friend, live it out. Live fullest to your life just like a flower in full bloom.
5. My friend, what I am sharing here is not "chimp" at all if you know how to live freely and easily like a chimpanzee! Haha, laugh loudly. Life is beautiful if you take it easy.
