1. Body dimension of 苦苦苦: majority of people (999 out of 1000) are trapped in this dimension of self-destruction and self-deception of reincarnation of bad habits due to indulgence in excessive desires. For example, excessive desires for food and sex or addicted to alcohol, cigarettes and smartphones. Yet, Body is for us to live in the present moment of peace and happiness, according to the insights of the great minds in humankind history. Body is a gift of Mother Nature.
2. Dimension of mind: majority of people don’t discover that human mind can be hijacked by desires, emotions; thus, it validates our bad habits and behaviors. In short, it traps us in a self-deception life state. To make things worse, we can be further convinced that we are correct by living in an echoing chamber which happens in a circle of “friends “. To the great minds, human minds are for us to learn, unlearn and relearn till we achieve the peak experience of self-actualization; so, we are able to see through everything with a topless mind of reflective wisdom.
3. Dimension of heart: On the surface of our emotional ocean, it’s highly unstable and the terrible waves can destroy everything we take time to build. We all suffer in this level and our hearts are broken. To the great minds, human heart is for us to love unconditionally by practicing deep mindfulness; and, we are able to see the most prettiest things at the bottomless bottom of our emotional ocean.
4. Dimension of soul. The soul is the source of our topless mind of reflective wisdom and bottomless heart of unconditional love, according to the author of 7 Habits, Stephen R Covey who said, Soul is for us to leave a legacy. To papa, I am convicted with what he said and value-add to it as such:- We can only touch our soul by coming home to the present moment in the Here and the Now. Here is the center of the universe and the Now is the dynamic balancing point of eternity. The present moment is actually the home of our naked soul of deathless courage, in short.
