1. Connect with our human body universe through practicing SEE principles, practices and processes. Note: SEE stands for Sleep Well, Eat Well and Exercise Well.

2. Sleep Well principles, practices and processes: The bio clock in human body follows natural law. The best sleeping hours at night is 9pm to 5am. We need to practice this good sleeping routine throughout our whole live to enjoy good health. Of course, keeping good sleeping routine alone cannot guarantee us good health; yet, not keeping good sleeping routine alone can take good health away from us. So, it is of upmost importance to keep good sleeping routine so that we can wake up early in the morning and enjoy the amazing state of our mind from 5am to 7am.   

3. Eat Well principles,  practices and processes: Food discipline is of upmost importance for good health as well. We are what we eat. Keeping good eating routine in terms of right food, right time and right amount with mindfulness throughout our lives is the most intelligent thing we can do to serve our human body universe. Yes, we need to serve our human body universe with love and respect; then, our human body universe will, in returns, offer us boundless energy to enjoy doing whatever we like.

4. Exercise Well principles,  practices and processes: Keeping good exercise routine in terms of right exercise, right time and right amount with mindfulness is of upmost importance to our human body universe to achieve the dynamic balancing throughout our lifetime and thus, unfolding a amazing and wonderful life for us.
