烦是扰义，恼是乱义
1. 烦：干扰，令心烦【崃按：“烦”字，“火”喻干扰 真实生命之三毒、五毒烦恼，“页”是头部，代表理性受到干扰】get disturbed by greed, hatred, ignorance, arrogance and distrust. [outside-in disturbance] [mental pollution]
