The cultivation of a Diamond Heart 金刚般若心的养成

1. The diamond heart cannot be falling from the sky. It has to be grown from the ground. We create a better world by stretching ourselves to the sky at where we stand. 金刚心，不是从天而降的，而是从心灵的实相大地培养出来的。

2. The process of  cultivating diamond heart comprises three stages: 培养金刚心的次第有三：

2.1 Self stage: get connected deeply with ourselves through Wisdom. 培养空性智慧；与真心相处

2.2 People stage: get connected deeply with people through Love. 培养无相慈悲；与众生相处

2.3 Universe stage: get connected deeply with universe through courage. 培养无作菩提；与诸佛相处
