Living fully in the present moment of the manifestation of everything from the nothingness of the things-in-themselves of the metaphysical world!

1. See. Everything is seen with a fresh pair of eyes, like a newborn!
   Every moment brings newness; every sight is a revelation, untouched by past judgments, as if seeing the world for the very first time.

2. Hear. Everything is heard with a heart of unconditional love.
   Every sound resonates in harmony with the soul, free of resistance, heard through the ears of compassion, where every note becomes a prayer of unity.

3. Smell. Everything is smelled with a free soul of boundless courage.
   The air we breathe is filled with the fragrance of freedom, the scent of possibility, unafraid to take in every moment as it comes, limitless and undaunted.

4. Taste. Every sip is tasted with a mindful tongue.
   Every flavor is experienced fully, every meal a sacred encounter with life, savored with awareness and gratitude, tasting not just food, but the essence of existence itself.

5. Touch. I’m touching the ultimate dimension of my undivided life!
   Every touch is a direct connection to the infinite, a feeling that transcends the physical and brings me into alignment with the essence of my being, where body and spirit are one.

6. Walk. Every step, I am walking into the destination of my journey of this life.
   走真人道，在没有路的地方走出一条路来。路在脚下，走出去就有路。
   Walking the path of authenticity, creating a way where there is none, knowing that with every step, the path reveals itself beneath my feet.

7. Rest. I am dwelling poetically on this planet Earth with all my humankind brothers and sisters and my companions of all living beings as well as non-living beings.
   All, body and soul, me and others, starry heavens above and moral laws within, are inseparable on this land of ultimate goodness.
   Here, in the quiet of unity, we rest together in the dance of existence, aware that we are not separate but one, woven into the fabric of the universe.

8. Live. Living in the world of the five-fold Dharmakaya fragrance, the sacred scent permeates all worlds.

   Living in the fragrant presence of the ultimate truth, where every breath is infused with the essence of awakening, filling the three thousand great worlds with its divine fragrance.

9. Speak. I speak the truth of my being, my words flowing without obstruction, like the roar of the lion, cutting through the illusions and dispelling the falsehoods with clarity.
   说真我话，辩才无碍，说法狮子吼，写知邪见的百兽闻之俱胆裂！
   My speech is clear, powerful, and true, echoing the roar of wisdom that shakes the foundations of ignorance.

10. Evolve. In this moment, all humanity evolves into a species of awakening.
    We are not bound by time or place, but in this very instant, we rise together, transcending our past limitations, becoming the awakened beings we are destined to be.
