Art of living fully as a trinity of self. 2Dec24…1705hrs.

Reciting the Buddha’s name is about embodying a four-dimensional life—four yogas, as the trinity of yourself, fully alive in the present moment, place, and person:

The spiritual dimension of this place: Centered on Raja Yoga, cultivating inner clarity and mindfulness to establish the faith resource, revealing the completeness of my Buddha-nature.

The rational and emotional dimensions of this moment: Rooted in Jnana Yoga (the yoga of knowledge) for rational insight into truth, and Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of love) to ignite compassion, forming the aspiration resource of your Bodhisattva’s heart.

The action dimension of this person: Through Karma Yoga, translating wisdom and compassion into practical action, building the practice resource embodied in the sentient being’s body.

Four Dimensions and the Trinity: Living in the Present

1. The spiritual dimension of my Buddha-nature: In this place, Raja Yoga anchors you in faith and inner stillness.

2. The rational and emotional dimensions of your Bodhisattva’s heart: In this moment, Jnana Yoga illuminates the path, while Bhakti Yoga inspires love and aspiration.

3. The action dimension of the sentient being’s body: As this person, Karma Yoga manifests truth and compassion in real-world practice.

Reciting the Buddha’s Name Is Living the Harmony of Four Dimensions

In this place, Raja Yoga grounds your mind and reveals Buddha-nature.

In this moment, Jnana Yoga and Bhakti Yoga unite wisdom and love to drive aspiration.

As this person, Karma Yoga translates that unity into transformative action.

Reciting the Buddha’s name is living as the trinity of a four-dimensional, harmonious self, fully present in the here and now.
