2. Your inner child is actually a morally immature person who tends to do wrong things and gets hurts easily, on one hand. On the other hand, your inner child is true and kind deep inside, maybe, we can called this innermost child as "child-as-is" or "child-living-in-the-present-moment".

3. Now, you see your inner child has both negative and positive sides. So, don't throw away the baby with the bathwater. That means, we should not harm the positive side of our inner child while we are getting rid of the negative side. 

4. If only we succeed in throwing away the bathwater without throwing the baby, we are able to raise our inner child into a morally mature person while we are still keeping our child-at-heart alive.

6. The answer is simple. We need to learn mindful breathing.

7. When our blood pressure goes up, we have to practice mindful breathing immediately to bring it down.
