1. Mindful Breathing: Ins and outs. Ups and downs.
2. Mindful Breathing: In, I know that I am breathing in. Out, I know that I am breathing out. Ins and Outs, I am fully with myself.
3. Mindful Breathing: In, I am connecting with the "Moral Law Within" to bring peace and happiness to myself. Out, I am obeying the "Moral Law Within" to bring peace and happiness to others.
4. Mindful Breathing: Up, I know that my inner energy is going up to the top of my body, which is the Crown Chakra. Down, I know that my inner energy is coming down to the bottom of my body, which is the Root Chakra.
5. Mindful Breathing: Up, I am connecting with the "Starry Heavens Above" to bring full enlightenment to myself. Down, I am talking and acting according to what I see and hear in the "Starry Heavens Above" to bring full enlightenment to others.
6. Mindful Breathing: Ins and Outs. Ups and Downs. I know that my inner energy is flowing through my whole body from head to toes without any blockage.
7. Mindful Breathing: Ins and Outs. Ups and Downs. I am enjoying an Undivided Life which unifying body and soul, self and others, humankind and the universe. In Chinese, it achieves there kind of "2 in 1", namely 身心合一、人我合一、天人合一。
