1. 止:self control of what we do ( stop unnec actions/ behaviors)

2. 定;self control of what we say (stop unnec words/ talks)

3. 静:self control of what we think (stop unnec thoughts/ ideas)

4. 安:free to enjoy the inner peace

5. 虑:free to perform deep thinking 

6. 得:free to achieve breakthrough in thinking
