The inner voice and the inner peace

1. Listen to your inner voice and get connected with your inner peace …

2. When you are angry or when you are under attack by an angry person.

3. So that you can take proactive actions to protect yourself and that angry person as well.

4. In order to achieve this, you need to apply STOP strategy:
1. Stop: Pause button ⏸ Doing and saying nothing to the angry person. Simple check your body posture by relaxing your shoulders and sit or stand up tall.

2. Taking a few deep breaths. Breathing In 4 seconds (a little bit faster so that you get enough oxygen), hold for 2 seconds and breathing out in 6 seconds (a little bit slower to feel peace). This is one cycle. Repeat a few times.

3. Observe your feelings and thoughts. Hugging your negative feelings like hugging a crying baby by putting one hand on your heart and making a cradle with two hands and shake. At the same time, observe your negative thoughts like watching clouds in the sky. Let each of them come and go without attaching to it.

4. Proactive Act. Do or say something to response to the angry person so as to solve the problem with your inner peace.
