1. 中：不陷于内外，不限于前后

2. 内外：从内在世界踏前一步，从外在世界后退一步，这就是“宇宙的中心：此处”。

3. 前后：从过去时区踏前一步，从未来时区后退一步，这就是“永恒的入口：此时”。
