Living 100% in the present moment means breaking through the barriers of time and space, entering a state of complete awareness. In this state, it’s not that you go seeking answers—it’s that answers come to you. Why? Because all wisdom, truth, and connections exist right here and now. Living in the present moment is like tuning into the frequency of the universe, receiving its signals effortlessly.
Why do all Buddhas come to tell you?
It’s not that the Buddhas suddenly appear; rather, in the moment you awaken, you align with the same frequency as their wisdom. The Buddhas are omnipresent, and their “telling” is not through words but through direct revelation:
• The question is the answer: Every doubt, when seen clearly in the present moment, dissolves into understanding.
• Awareness is wisdom: When your mind is free of distractions, every experience becomes a source of insight.
• Action is fulfillment: Each thought, each movement is naturally in harmony with the Way, requiring no external guidance.
You “know everything” not because you analyze or deduce, but because being fully present transcends logic and leads to perfect intuitive understanding. This knowing is all-encompassing and boundless. Like clear water reflecting everything as it is, when you live in the present moment, your mind reflects the universe.
Here’s a simple example:
• Hungry? Eat.
• Feeling lost? Pause and breathe.
• Facing a challenge? Ask yourself, what’s truly needed in this moment?
This is the starting point of wisdom.
To live fully in the present moment isn’t about becoming superhuman—it’s about becoming your most authentic self. And your authentic self is nothing less than a microcosm of the entire universe.
