What can I do? 我可以做什么？

 1. What can I do? This is the meta-question we keep on asking ourselves in every moment of our journey of living and dying in this world consciously or unconsciously. 我可以做什么？这是一个我们在这个世界上，生与死共时同步的历程中，时时处处，有意识或无意识地，问自己的一个“元问题”。

2. What can I do? If this meta-question is asked unconsciously, we have to bring it up to the conscious level so that we can act on it with love and wisdom. 我可以做什么？如果这个元问题淹没在无意识中，我们一定要设法把它带到意识的层次，然后才能够用爱心和智慧，通过实际行动，来加以回应。

3. What can I do? I can do it with full and deep connection with myself, with people around or far away from me, with life-in-itself or so called God. 我可以做什么？我可以，通过与自己，并与身旁或天边的人，并与“生命在其自己”或所谓的“神”，取得全面与深度联系，来做这件事。
