《论语》开宗明义

昨天下午去大悲佛教中心教《论语》，讲了《学而第一》的第一章。

What is Learning? 何谓学习？

Learning is an organic and inspiring process which is instrinsically enjoyable.
学习是一个有机的、启发的过程，让人打从心里感到喜悦。

Honesty 诚实

Honesty is the first chapter of the book of wisdom.
诚实是智慧的基础。

A Single Step 足下

The longest journey starts with a single step.
千里之行，始于足下。

思无邪，志于道

思无邪，何处非南海？
志于道，吾家即西方！

良心本心，天理本性

今日早晨偶得：
儒家良心，佛家慈悲心，即是吾人本心；
儒家天理，佛家涅槃妙理，即是吾人本性。

大脑被绑架

Daniel Goleman 在Emotioanal Intelligence一书中提出了“大脑被绑架”的概念，很是有趣。
他说，人发脾气的时候，是不会思考的，是完全失去理智的；可以说“大脑被绑架”了。
