Honesty is the first chapter of the book of wisdom.
诚实是智慧的基础。

A Single Step 足下

The longest journey starts with a single step.
千里之行，始于足下。

思无邪，志于道

思无邪，何处非南海？
志于道，吾家即西方！

良心本心，天理本性

今日早晨偶得：
儒家良心，佛家慈悲心，即是吾人本心；
儒家天理，佛家涅槃妙理，即是吾人本性。

大脑被绑架

Daniel Goleman 在Emotioanal Intelligence一书中提出了“大脑被绑架”的概念，很是有趣。
他说，人发脾气的时候，是不会思考的，是完全失去理智的；可以说“大脑被绑架”了。

流泪

今天早上听了一小段说书，说禅宗六祖惠能忍辱的故事。
听到精彩处，不由得留下忏悔的眼泪。
六祖不见世间过，即使自己因他人加害受大痛苦，也不起嗔心。
不见世间过，不起嗔心，故“心中常生智慧”。
彼人也，我亦人也。六祖如此行，我亦当随行。
