散文诗《身体》
天来小子内观其身体。
身与心，体与魄，
前者属天，后者属地。
身，如风般灵动，感知世间万象；
心，如天般高远，承载无量觉性。
体，如山般厚重，托起生命根基；
魄，如地般深沉，连接物质之源。
人身佛学，人体科学。
身为形而上，通天地，觉真理；
体为形而下，居万物，循自然。
身是有情的众生，悲喜相随；
体是无情的众生，默然不语。
天地共成其形，阴阳共塑其性，
内观其身，了然于心，
方知生命本是一合相，
亦为大千宇宙之缩影。
The Body
Tianlai contemplates within, observing his body.
Body and Mind, Form and Spirit—
The former belongs to Heaven, the latter to Earth.
The Body, as fluid as the wind, sensing all phenomena;
The Mind, as vast as the sky, holding infinite awareness.
The Form, as solid as the mountains, grounding life’s foundation;
The Spirit, as deep as the Earth, connecting to the material source.
Human Body in Buddhist Philosophy, Human Anatomy in Science.
The body reaches upward, transcending form, grasping truth;
The form stays grounded, rooted in nature, following its rhythms.
The Body is a sentient being, bound to joy and sorrow;
The Form is an insentient being, silent and still.
Heaven and Earth shape its structure,
Yin and Yang mold its essence.
To observe the body is to understand the mind,
To understand the mind is to grasp life’s unity—
A reflection of the cosmos, vast yet contained.
