最终抵达头部的顶轮，元神圆融于道，通过炼神合道，完成生命能量的升华与回归。
大周天则扩展至整个宇宙体：
从海底轮的会阴穴向下，连接至双足的涌泉穴，激活足三阳与足三阴的六条经脉能量流。
从心轮向两侧扩展，连接至双掌的劳宫穴，贯通手三阳与手三阴的六条经脉能量流。
从顶轮接通冲脉，融入十二经脉的能量大循环，使身体的每一处都与宇宙和谐共振。

Prose Poem: "The Great and Small Cosmic Circulations"
A child of the heavens turns inward, tracing the energy flows of the human cosmic universe—the Great and Small Circulations of life’s vital currents.
The Small Circulation begins deep within:
At the Root Chakra (Haidilun) in the abdomen, where the primordial essence (yuan jing) transforms into vital energy (qi) in the process of refining essence into qi.
Rising to the Heart Chakra (Xinlun) in the chest, the vital energy (yuan qi) ascends in the process of refining qi into spirit (shen).
Finally, reaching the Crown Chakra (Dinglun) at the top of the head, the primordial spirit (yuan shen) completes its journey, merging with the Dao in the refining of spirit to return to the Way.
The Great Circulation expands outward, encompassing the entire body:
From the Root Chakra at the perineum, energy flows downward to connect with the Yongquan points on the soles of both feet, activating the six meridians of the Three Yang and Three Yin of the Foot.
From the Heart Chakra, energy flows outward to the Lao Gong points at the centers of both palms, linking to the six meridians of the Three Yang and Three Yin of the Hand.
From the Crown Chakra, energy connects through the Chong Mai (Thrusting Vessel), harmonizing the Twelve Main Meridians, creating a circuit that integrates the entire body into the cosmos.
In this vast interplay of inner and outer flows,
The Small Circulation refines the inner universe,
While the Great Circulation bridges heaven and earth,
Binding the human cosmos to the infinite Dao.
Within this flowing web of energy,
Essence becomes vitality,
Vitality becomes spirit,
And spirit becomes union with the eternal.
