天来小子内观。

一者、天外有天的乾卦老爸，
他启发一家人自强不息，
以天道的力量，教导我们不屈不挠，
无论何时，奋发向上。

二者、地中有地的坤卦老妈，
她感化一家人厚德载物，
以宽广的大地之怀抱，教我们包容万象，
承载一切，成就家庭的深厚情感。

三者、火凤凰的离卦二姐，
她示范一家人明照四方，
如光明的火焰，照亮周围，
教导我们心如火焰，照亮黑暗，温暖他人。

四者、水明月的坎卦二哥，
他示范一家人常德行、习教事，
如明月在水面，清澈透亮，
以德行为法，以教化行为事，修养日渐深厚。

五者、雷霆万钧的震卦大哥，
他警戒一家人恐惧修省，
如雷霆之威，警醒众人，
不畏强暴，但警惕自己，时刻修省内心，
敬畏生命、敬畏责任。

六者、潜移默化的巽卦大姐，
她熏陶一家人申命行事，
如风，轻轻拂过，悄然改变，
教导我们温柔中有力量，行动从容不迫。

七者、安稳如山的艮卦小弟，
他安抚一家人以思不出其位，
如大山般稳重深邃，
教导我们内心平静，不急不躁，
思虑深远，脚踏实地。

八者、喜悦满怀的兑卦小妹，

如湖面泛起的涟漪，愉悦四方，

Prose Poem: "The Eight Trigrams, A Family of One"

From the heavens, the child gazes inward.

First, the father of the Qián trigram (Heaven beyond Heaven),
He inspires the family to strive without rest,
With the strength of heaven's way, he teaches us perseverance,
To rise and keep pushing forward, no matter the obstacle.

Second, the mother of the Kūn trigram (Earth within Earth),
She influences the family with great virtue that carries all things.
With the vast embrace of the earth, she teaches us to tolerate and contain,
To hold all things and build deep bonds within the family.

Third, the second sister of the Lí trigram (The Fire Phoenix),
She exemplifies the family by illuminating all directions.
Like the light of a fire, she shines forth,
Teaching us to keep our hearts as radiant as fire, to light the darkness and warm others.

Fourth, the second brother of the Kǎn trigram (Water and Moon),
He exemplifies the family with constant virtue and teaching actions.
Like the bright moon reflected on the water, pure and clear,
He teaches us to act with virtue and learn through our deeds, cultivating inner strength.

Fifth, the eldest brother of the Zhèn trigram (Thunder),
He cautions the family to fearlessly reflect upon and correct oneself.
Like the force of thunder, he awakens us,
To fear nothing but to always self-reflect, to stay mindful of life and responsibility.

Sixth, the eldest sister of the Xùn trigram (Wind),
She subtly influences the family, teaching us to follow orders and act.
Like the wind, gentle and imperceptible, she moves us,
Showing us that strength lies in gentleness and that actions must be steady and deliberate.

Seventh, the youngest brother of the Gèn trigram (Mountain),
He comforts the family with stability that lets thoughts remain in their rightful place.
Like the stability of a mountain, deep and unshakable,
He teaches us to remain calm, not rushing, to think deeply and act steadily.

Eighth, the youngest sister of the Duì trigram (Lake),
She infects the family with joy and the practice of teaching friends.
Like the ripples on the lake, spreading joy everywhere,
She teaches us to carry joy in our hearts, to be friendly, and to grow together with friends.

In this family of the Eight Trigrams,
Each trigram is like a family member,
And each trigram is also like ourselves,
Interdependent and complementary,
From heaven and earth to the heart of humankind,
From practice to daily life,
All find their foundation within these Eight Trigrams.
